I’m Sacha Lalla, a speaker, coach, and feminine leadership guide devoted to helping women reclaim their power, remember their magic, and consciously create lives of wealth, leadership, and deep personal meaning.

I work with women who are accomplished, capable, and successful by many measures, yet feel an unmistakable inner knowing that there is more available to them… more aliveness, more ownership, more creative force, more truth.

My work lives at the intersection of psychology, personal transformation, intuition, and magic. With one foot in the sacred and one foot firmly in the real world, I help women step into leadership that is embodied, prosperous, and deeply self-directed, without depletion, apology, or self abandonment.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I hold an Honors degree in Abnormal and Developmental Psychology from the University of Toronto. My background spans over a decade of immersive work in personal development and transformation, drawing from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Therapy, trauma informed coaching practices, and deep intuitive leadership work.

While I have a broad range of modalities and methodologies at my fingertips, what matters most is this: I know how women change. Not in theory, but in real life.

I’ve coached hundreds of women, including entrepreneurs, executives, CEOs, and self made leaders, and I’ve spoken on stages to audiences of thousands worldwide. My work is known for being grounding, activating, and deeply human, blending insight, humor, and lived experience in a way that leaves people changed, not just inspired.

In my world, women are powerful, intuitive, intelligent, and inherently magical. They are meant to sit on the throne of their own lives, not by force, but by self trust. They are allowed to desire more, to claim wealth, to lead boldly, and to live with pleasure, integrity, and purpose.

I teach women how to use intuition as a compass, how to relate to money as a responsive and intelligent relationship, and how to reclaim their creative and manifesting power without bypassing reality or sacrificing ambition.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about reclaiming sovereignty over your life.
